Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a Membership, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions:
- Members must book an appointment in advance to use the studio using the website tools provided by the Managers. Monthly appointment(s) and their duration of use shall be corroborated by video and lock data. Members exceeding Membership allowance of hours in any given month agree and shall pay $20 per hour in excess when invoice is sent by Managers or risk suspension of privileges.
- Members may book up to 3 reservations in advance, not exceeding 9 total hours, without written permission from Managers. Members booking more than 3 reservations, or exceeding 9 hours total in advance, may have their excess reservations or hours cancelled by Managers and subject to suspension.
- Any Member found using the studio during times not coinciding with their appointment(s) and its duration(s) is subject for immediate suspension and will be billed $75 per non-scheduled hour of use. Membership fees will not be refunded if privileges are removed by the Managers.
- No show for booked appointments will be counted toward the Members monthly hours usage. Please use your online account to reschedule your appointment or send a cancellation email to theranchgolfsim@gmail.com at least 8 hours in advance to avoid the appointment time being counted.
- All Membership fees are non-refundable and monthly allowance of hours are not carried over from month-to-month. Members are required to provide a valid credit card and all Memberships are automatically renewed on the Membership start date or anniversary date unless canceled in writing 15 days in advance to theranchgolfsim@gmail.com.
- In the event the technology has a issue or glitch, the Member must report the issue in real time to Managers by email to theranchgolfsim@gmail.com. If available, a Manager will try to resolve the issue immediately. Any reinstatement of a Member's allowance of hours will be made on a case-by-case basis by the Managers. Clear user error or not following Start Up/Shut Down instructions precisely, is not a valid reason for reinstatement of Member's allowance of hours.
- Members must be present the entire time guests are using the studio. Juniors under the age of 18 are not allowed to use the studio without explicit permission of the Managers and must be accompanied by the Member at all times. Members are financially responsible for themselves and their guests, and for any damage, untidy or unsanitary conditions left behind.
- Children under the age of 8 must be under direct supervision of a player not swinging a club on the hitting mat. Clubs may only be swung when on the hitting mat, no where else in the studio. All participants not swing a club must remain behind the large sofa table and at least 6 feet behind the back edge of the hitting mat.
- Maximum of 5 players per reservation including the Member.
- Only Members will be allowed to maintain an active profile in FSX software and on V1 Swing Analysis. Members must ensure all guests use an existing guest profile in FSX software and any video taken in V1 is deleted at the end of each reservation.
- All Membership fees are non-refundable, even if a Member’s privileges are removed or reduced for failure to follow rules, damage, or behavior unbecoming at the sole discretion of the studio Managers.
- Members have been informed and agree to the studio being monitored inside and out by 24/7/365 security video cameras and Managers may monitor in real time the actions of those utilizing the studio.
- The studio may provide non-alcoholic beer or beverages on premises. Such beverages can be consumed by Members and guests and is expected to be replaced in kind and frequently by those whom consume them.
- Members and guests may bring their own beer or alcoholic beverages and snacks for consumption. It is expected all users drink responsibly. Minors are not allowed to consume beer or alcohol of any kind on premises. Members must remove all beer and alcohol, clean up, and remove all their trash to their own residence when leaving the studio. Cleaning supplies and garbage bags will be available to use and remain the property of the studio.
- Additional Tips, Rules, and Safety requirements will be shared with all Members.
